The procedure is simple and fun, really within everyone’s reach.

Sanitize all accessories | Assemble the faucet and fermenter and attach the thermometer |

Remove the plastic lid and immerse the malt jar in boiling water for 10 minutes | Pour the contents of the jar into the fermenter with 2 L of hot water |

Add 1 kg of sugar and stir to dissolve | Pour cold water into the fermenter up to the 23 L mark |

When the must has a temperature below 24°C, pour in the yeast | Close the fermenter with the lid, complete with the mini-fermenter containing water |

Place the container in an elevated position at a constant temperature between 19 and 25°C | After 5-10 days check the density of the must: when it is constant for 2-3 consecutive days you can proceed |
If you have a kit with only one fermenter |

Put the sugar inside the bottles, about 6 grams per litre, then move on to STEP 11 |
If you have a kit with a fermenter and a container |

Open the lid, hook the hose to the fermenter spigot and decant into the container. Pour the sugar, about 6 grams per liter, into the container. Mix and proceed with STEP 11 |

Open the lid and fill the bottles | Use the two-lever or hammer capper to cap the bottles |

Place the bottles vertically at a temperature of 18-24°C. After about 20 days your beer will be ready to be enjoyed! |
Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 24 months |
